As a full-time regular employee of Advanced Skin Institute, you are offered a comprehensive array of benefit programs designed to meet your family and your needs. ASI covers the majority of costs for an employee's medical, dental and vision insurance. An employee's shared cost is made on a pre-tax basis. An employee is free to opt out of these programs as long as they are able to provide evidence of other medical coverage. Coverage for spouse, domestic partner and eligible dependents is optional and the responsibility of the employee.

All employees receive a fixed number of paid time-off days that can be used for vacation, personal time, and holidays. Unused vacation can be carried over into the following year and will continue to accrue up to 56 hours.
ASI offers each salaried employee a fixed number of days of sick leave per calendar year available for absence due to illness, injury, or kin care.
